Collect data:

It is important that once you are ready to work with a foreclosure specialist, you prepare yourself by gathering all letters, bills, and or notices you have received regarding your foreclosure,  By having this information readily available, you and your foreclosure prevention expert can assess your situation and take appropriate action quickly.
